microsoft weather gadget

There are several Microsoft documentations that state that there is a Weather Gadget available. I've looked in the gallery but cannot find any. Has this now been taken away? I've done a web search and found a few gadgets but I am not comfortable installing since they could pose a security risk. Does anyone have good recommendations for a library of gadgets for vista? The ones on Vista and the website are a little lame. The stock ticker is good but i wanted something for the home e.g. weather at my zip code. THe seattle traffic monitor is good but I don't live in WA.

It disappeared in recent released builds. There were many problems with it, so I don't know what the plans are for returning it.
